In 2018, she was recognized as one of the Ambassadors of Network Marketing Hall of Fame for 2018 along with other leaders around the globe who were recognized for practicing servant leadership resulting to enriched lives of individuals, better organizations and creating a more just and caring world. In 2019, Aika was chosen as the Business Leader of the Year by the Asian Networker’s Convention and Expo. She was also chosen as a recipient of the prestigious Golden Globe Award for Outstanding and Significant Achievement in Entrepreneurship. Another award for 2019, is the prestigious Leadership Achievement in Entrepreneurship awarded by the Elite Business Excellence Award, an independent award giving entity that seek to acknowledge companies, products and services that promotes best business practices leading to consumer welfare, consumer protection, product quality and consumer services. In the same year, Aika, together with the BODs of IAMWorldwide had the privilege to be part of the popular magazine, People Asia, where the shakers and movers of society are regularly featured.
In 2020, despite the pandemic times, Aika continues to make a difference as she was given the privilege to speak on the first ever virtual conference in the MLM industry, the Business For Home Growth Conference. It’s a 3 day conference attended by marketing professionals from around the world making use of the latest and most advanced technology and audio/video equipment available, broadcasted from an impressive TV studio in the Netherlands. With 36 speakers worldwide, Asia is represented by two speakers, both from the Philippines, and Aika is proudly one of them. Setting the stage for the conference, she passionately spoke on the subject “Being a Person of Value,” imparting valuable leadership insights with top leaders in the industry.
Aika remains to be a strong driving force as one of the key leaders of IAMWorldwide. She has co-authored a book published in 2018 entitled,“How to Become a Millionaire One Peso at a Time”, together with Frank Moffat and Allen Marvin Yu Eder, which helped thousands of people apply the 7 financial principles in their lives effectively.
